or by calling us at +33 495 709 510 from abroad on reception's opening hours (Visit page USEFUL INFO on the present website).
To book accommodation, you can directly on the homepage enter your arrival and departure dates and click on the button 'Search'.
Then, you will access to the booking process page and you will be able to check the rates and the availabilties.
How to confirm my booking?
Your booking will only be confirmed after payment of a deposit. Depending on the chosen price, 30% of the total amount might be requested to consider your booking as guarantee.
The balance shall be required on arrival.
How to manage my booking? How to cancel or change my booking?

While booking on the present website, after having enter arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, hereafter enter the PROMOTIONAL CODE's characters into the textbox 'Promo code'. Finally click 'Search'.
FAQ - Accommodation & Services
Which services are provided?
Depending on your needs and budget, some of the services are included; others, called 'A la carte services', are at an extra charge.

What does my booking include ?
Depending on the length of stay, some services are included, others not : these are called 'A la carte services'.
For stays less than 3 nights, these services are included in the rental price : bath linen (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person and per stay), bedlinen, beds made upon arrival, house linen (1 tea towel and 1 bathmat per rental), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes, removing trash) and free inroom WiFi.
One cleaning kit is offered per stay (little quantities of the following : dishwasher detergent, scouring cream, detergent, double faced sponge).
Breakfast is offered for studio bookings.
For stays more than 4 nights is included in the rental price : bath linen (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person and per stay), bedlinen, beds made upon arrival, house linen (1 tea towel and 1 bathmat per rental), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes, removing trash) and free in-room WiFi. One cleaning kit is offered per stay (little quantities of the following : dishwasher detergent, scouring cream, detergent, double faced sponge).
For extra towels more bath linen kits are available but at an extra cost of 10€ per kit (1 hand- and 1 bath towel per kit).
For stays more than 14 nights, a mid-stay change of bed linen is offered.
What about cleaning?
The cleaning of your accommodation will be done before arrival.
Extra cleaning is available upon demand (extra charge will apply).
End of stay cleaning will be done by our housekeeping staff.
You will be asked before your departure inventory to leave your accommodation in good order: the kitchen corner cleaned, crockery washed and put away, and household waste thrown in the appropriate bins at the entrance of the residence. To learn more about it, see our terms of sale.
What about pets? Is there an extra charge ?
Well behaved pets are welcome including a fee per pet depending on the length of stay. Pets are accepted subject to conditions such as a maximum of one pet per accommodation. To learn more about it, see our terms of sale.
FAQ - Location & Access
Where is the closest beach? How to get there?
The closest beach is at 100m walking distance from the residence. The residence, located on the “Sanguinaires” islands’ road, offers an exceptional environment for sea lovers.
The “Sanguinaires” islands’ road is a coastline road along the Gulf of Ajaccio and counts many white sandy beaches and rocky coves.
How far away are we from convenience stores? from shopping facilities?
The residence features a gift shop on site and a bread and pastries delivery service (subject to stay period).
Numereous convenience stores are available on the 'Sanguinaires' islands' road. The first one is at 3.5 kms away of the residence.
By the way, you will find everything you need in the city center of Ajaccio, only at 7.5 kms away.
What about car park? Where can I park? Is it free?
Under video protection, the residence features a covered and private indoor car park where you will be sure to find place to park your car.
Optional, the carpark serves each floor of the building for an optimal comfort.
In front of the residence, you will also find another car park outside for free.
FAQ - Rates & Payment
Which payment methods do we offer?
Different payment methods are accepted to book your stay: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), holiday vouchers or bank transfer. You will find the bank details by clicking the link named « Terms and Conditions » at the bottom of each page of the present website.
What are the online booking conditions?
Rates are per night and per accommdation. City tax is to be payable on site. We provide different rates.
During the booking process, booking conditions depending on the chosen rate (Weekly rate, Short stay rate or promotional rates...) will be mentioned in the booking process.
You can also find our booking conditions by clicking on the link named « Terms and Conditions » at the bottom of each page of the present website.
Is it safe for me to give my card number online?

FAQ - Arrival / Departure
What about arrival/departure times ?
Accomodations are available from 4pm to 7pm. Please inform the staff of your excepted arrival time, especially in case of exceptional late arrival.
It shall be released before 10am on departure day.

Except in high season, arrivals and departures are possible every day.
In high season, arrival and departure days are usually on saturdays.
What are the reception's opening hours?
The residence is daily open from February to December.
Depending on season, opening hours are subject to changes.

How to access to my rental in case of late arrival?
In order to organize your arrival in the best way, please check the arrival time schedule.
The residence invites you to contact the reception to communicate your expected arrival time.
If you cannot arrive at the specified time due to a major difficulty, it is essential that you inform the residence so that in certain cases you can obtain the access codes. They will then make arrangements directly with you so that you can obtain the keys to your accommodation when you arrive.
