Monthly stay

Rents include:

Change of bedlinen once a month ; day to be confirmed on site,

No registration fees.
Rent includes charges, from 570€ depending on the chosen accomodation.
Good to know :
Security deposit (1 monthly rent) collected, cashed and repaid at the end of the stay, after deduction of any potential charges incurred for missing or damaged equipment.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fees for at least one month stay at an extra charge of 59€ at least (depending on accommodation type), to be paid only once.
Pet allowed, 1 maximum per unit subject to extra monthly fee. Mandatory pet deposit collected on arrival.
Monthly rent available for stays up to 5 months, from November to March included.
